新西蘭技術(shù)移民工作經(jīng)驗怎么加分？

新西蘭工作經(jīng)驗(Work experience)加分，新西蘭有條件認可不限任何地區(qū)的工作經(jīng)驗。新西蘭移民局將工作經(jīng)驗做為一項重要分值，主要的意義有以下三點：

are readily transferable;

工作經(jīng)驗可以順利遷移適用至新西蘭

will enable migrants to obtain skilled employment in New Zealand; 

可以促進申請人在新西蘭順利獲得技能就業(yè)

will enhance migrants' ability to contribute to New Zealand economically and socially.

可以為新西蘭的經(jīng)濟與社會做出貢獻

從移民局的條文中可得知，申請人的工作經(jīng)驗最終也是為了能夠順利在新西蘭獲得技能就業(yè)，并且未來能為新西蘭做出貢獻，這意味著某些屬新西蘭就業(yè)困難的行業(yè)，將一定程度上處于劣勢，比如漢語言、英語、法學(xué)等。

以下是移民局認可工作經(jīng)驗的要求

SM11.10 Requirements for recognition

Work experience is recognized and qualifies for points if it meets the requirements set out at (a) and (b) below:

如果申請人想獲得工作經(jīng)驗加分，必須滿足以下A、B兩大點要求，缺一不可。

A、An immigration officer must be satisfied that work experience is:

  relevant to the principal applicant's current skilled employment in New Zealand or offer of skilled employment in New Zealand (see SM7); or 

  relevant to the principal applicant's recognized qualification (see SM14); or 

  skilled, because it required, or enabled the principal applicant to gain specialist, technical or management skills and experience relevant to an occupation that is included in the lists of occupations held at Appendix 6 or Appendix 7.

B、Work experience must also have been gained in a labour market that is comparable to the New Zealand labour market unless:

  the work experience meets the requirements set out at SM13.20 for work experience in an area of absolute skills shortage; or 

  the principal applicant has current skilled employment in New Zealand or an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand (see SM7).

A、移民官必須確認工作經(jīng)驗是：

  申請人的工作經(jīng)驗與正在新西蘭從事一份技能工作(skilled employment)或持有一份技能工作邀請(job offer)是相關(guān)的，或；

  申請人有相關(guān)的認可學(xué)歷(NZQF Level 4以上)，或；

  申請人的工作經(jīng)驗是具有技術(shù)性(skilled)的，其工作經(jīng)驗必須是665個技能職業(yè)清單中之一；

B、工作經(jīng)驗必須是在Compare Labour Market獲得的，除非：

  工作經(jīng)驗屬確實緊缺行業(yè)且滿足要求，或；

  申請人正在新西蘭從事一份相關(guān)的技能工作(skilled employment)或持有一份技能工作邀請(job offer)

對于中國區(qū)的工作經(jīng)驗，如果想要獲得工作經(jīng)驗加分，總結(jié)起來只有符合以下三種情況之一才被認可：

  申請人的工作經(jīng)驗屬確實技能緊缺行業(yè)且符合緊缺要求，或；

  申請人正在新西蘭從事技能工作或持有一份相關(guān)的技能工作邀請，或；

  工作經(jīng)驗是在Compare Labour Market上獲得的；

通過上面的總結(jié)已經(jīng)很明白了，新西蘭不認可非緊缺(absolute skills shortage)非外企(Compare Labour Market)的中國工作經(jīng)驗，除非申請人已經(jīng)在新西蘭找到了相關(guān)的工作或持有一份相關(guān)的工作邀請。

下方是Compare Labour Market的清單與具體要求：

SM11.10.1 Definition: Comparable labour market

A、Work experience is assessed as being in a comparable labour market if it was undertaken in one of the following countries by:

B、Work experience undertaken in a country not listed at (a) above will be assessed as being in a comparable labour market only if it was undertaken for a multinational commercial entity(including a wholly or majority-owned subsidiary of such an entity that bears the same core name as the parent company) domiciled in one of the countries listed in (a) above.

新西蘭只認可在Compare Labour Market清單上這29個國家所獲得的工作經(jīng)驗，很可惜，中國并不是Compare Labour Market清單中的一員。但是其中條文B中提出了一個亮點，換句話說，某些駐中國的外企公司獲得的工作經(jīng)驗可以被獲得認可，請注意，不是所有的外企工作經(jīng)驗都能認可，必須符合以下條件：

1.這家外企的總部(母公司)必須是Compare Labour Market一員;

2.這家外企必須為母公司的獨資企業(yè)或者母公司占有50%以上的股份；

3.這家外企的核心名稱必須與母公司相同；

如果你在這家外企所獲得的工作經(jīng)驗?zāi)軡M足以上三點要求，恭喜你，你在中國獲得的工作經(jīng)驗是可以被獲得認可的。

如果申請人的工作經(jīng)驗是在新西蘭獲得的，可以同時得到額外加分，具體如下：

如果申請人的工作經(jīng)驗屬緊缺行業(yè)或未來發(fā)展行業(yè)，也可以同時得到額外加分，具體請查閱評分表。

常見問題：

1、我的工作經(jīng)驗既不是緊缺行業(yè)又不是外企，怎么辦？

如果不屬于緊缺或外企工作經(jīng)驗，理論上工作10年也一分都沒有，但是如果能找到一份新西蘭的工作或者是持有一份job offer，則可以馬上獲得認可，獲得相應(yīng)的工作經(jīng)驗加分。糾其原因，新西蘭重視申請人的就業(yè)能力，只有順利就業(yè)了才可以強有力地證明自己是對新西蘭有貢獻的人。

2、我的工作經(jīng)驗符合要求，但是有一部分是兼職的，有加分嗎？

新西蘭對于工作經(jīng)驗的工作時間有以30小時為基準(zhǔn)，每周30小時的工作為全職，如果是兼職，有條件認可，需滿2年全職相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗后，可以將兼職小時數(shù)兌換為全職工作。如：每周15小時，連續(xù)兼職一年，可折算為半年工作經(jīng)驗。

3、我每周工作超過30小時，是否可以兌換成更長的工作經(jīng)驗？

不可以。如：每周60小時工作一年，只能算一年，而不是兩年。

4、我得如何證明自己的工作經(jīng)驗？

核心工作證明材料如下：A、公司的證明信；B、完整的納稅記錄或社保記錄；C、工作單位可接受移民局調(diào)查并反饋回調(diào)查結(jié)果。以上三點為核心因素，缺一不可。
