分享我的AIQS職業(yè)認(rèn)證通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)

  
 
 今天AIQS拿到suitable了，發(fā)帖紀(jì)念下。
 介于網(wǎng)上關(guān)于AIQS的資料和討論都好少，所以分享下我自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，希望可以幫到其他人。

  評估政策
  申請表
 一定好好看一下這個(gè)官網(wǎng)的政策，如果看英文有難度，可以用翻譯軟件輔助，自己不先看一下就到處問小白問題的話會讓人很難回答。
 申請表的說明里面說很好不要超過15頁，否則會比較慢，但是我還是超了，結(jié)果一周就出結(jié)果了，我覺得他們效率好高。
 
 我是適用于parthway3 overseas trained applicants
 要求的資料清單：
 Pathway 3 - (Section 7 of our Skilled Migration Assessment Policy)
 申請表                      Completed Application Form;
 交費(fèi)                           Payment of Assessment Fee in Australian Dollars;
 簡歷                         A Curriculum Vitae or Resume;
 學(xué)歷（公證）             *Certified copy of all relevant formal qualifications (comparable Bachelor degree or higher);
 成績單（公證）          *Certified copy of transcripts relating to relevant formal qualifications;
 工作證明                   Employment Reference (on Corporate Letterhead) from a Quantity Surveyor to include an outline of your role and the main duties performed, specified dates of your role with the organisation and referee’s contact details;
 雅思成績單（公證） *Certified copy of IELTS Test Report showing minimum level of six (6) on all four (4) criteria;
 護(hù)照（公證）             *Certified copy of current Passport.
 
 注：所有資料如果是非英文的，要翻譯成英文。我根據(jù)移民局官網(wǎng)上的要求 翻譯人員要求 ，在全適用的淘寶上找的有NAATI證的人給翻的，所有的資料一共500元內(nèi)。
 
  1、關(guān)于申請表和交費(fèi)
 官網(wǎng)上下載的申請表按要求填好，里面會讓填交費(fèi)信用卡信息，提交申請后他們會根據(jù)這個(gè)信息在你的信用卡上扣費(fèi)
 
  2、簡歷
 我是參考網(wǎng)上的簡歷自己寫的：個(gè)人基本信息+教育背景+資質(zhì)（國內(nèi)一般是造價(jià)員、造價(jià)師什么的）+工作經(jīng)歷（時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、單位、職位）
 因?yàn)槿慷际撬饺诵畔ⅲ揖筒环窒砹斯?br/> 
  3、學(xué)歷、成績單、雅思成績單、護(hù)照
  這4項(xiàng)都要公證 。對于certified copy，我當(dāng)時(shí)還有疑問，寫了郵件去AIQS問，“我都掃描原件，是否可以不certified copy?”，對方第二天就回復(fù)我了（高效！） 他們只接受certified copy，而且證明要放在前面。
 因?yàn)檎呱险f公證人是“Authorised people include: Justices of the Peace (JP’s), legal practitioners and Police Officers.” 為了確認(rèn)，我又寫郵件去AIQS問公證處的公證員提供的certified copy可以否。對方的回答是 不行 ，“a Public Notary is not on the list of persons approved to certify documents”，然后給了個(gè)地址 移民局官網(wǎng)公證人列表 。收關(guān)我是找了在大學(xué)當(dāng)老師的朋友給我做的公證，簽字內(nèi)容我是參考論壇里的前輩分享的樣子寫的。(不會上傳圖片())

  4、工作證明
 我直接寫好英文的，讓單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽字，省了一道翻譯。樣板在附件，我自己寫的，如果覺得有不對的自己改改哈。
  關(guān)于簽字的證明人AIQS要求是要有相關(guān)資質(zhì)的人。
 An appropriate supervisor for the purposes of your application should meet one of the following criteria:
 1 Employer that is practicing and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor who has studied and graduated from a minimum of 3 years full time in an allied discipline;
 2 a Practising Quantity Surveyor recognised as a Corporate Member of the AIQS or other body formally recognised by the Institute;
 3 a Practising Quantity Surveyor that is registered to practice by the governing body or professional association in the country of residence; or
 4 a Practising Quantity Surveyor that gained their Construction related qualification/degree (minimum of 3 year full-time) in Australia.
 我首要家單位的證明人是RICS會員，滿足第2條。第二家單位的證明人是中國的造價(jià)師，滿足第3條。
 資料要求上沒有提，但我還是提供了這兩個(gè)證明人的資質(zhì)材料，并且也做了certified copy，中國造價(jià)師還做了翻譯。
 
  注：翻譯件和原件都要certified copy。 “you must provide certified copies of both the original language document and an English translation carried out by an authorised translator.”
